SPSS Grad Pack 'Standard' edition is suitable for most undergraduate courses, but SPSS Grad Pack 'Base' edition should only be purchased if it's a specific requirement of your course. Generally, most Universities teaching SPSS have site license installations of SPSS 'Premium' edition, if you want the same then buy the SPSS Grad Pack 'Premium' edition, it comes with all SPSS modules enabled.
